A pulsed laser deposition (PLD) chamber (Homemade). The pulsed laser of 266 nm and 7 ns is incident to synthesize varying two-dimensional (2D) metal nanostructures at a high-vacuum chamber at ~5x10^-8 torr.
自製高真空脈衝雷射蒸鍍儀,配備7奈秒、266奈米之雷射。可製作二維金屬奈米結構


A hot-filament chemical vapor deposition chamber (homemade). Various one-dimensional (1D) metal-oxide nanostructures were synthesized at 1x10^-2 Torr.
